The normal user name is an email address less the @ and what follows it.

As of February, 2008, we simplified our password security. Now passwords need only be
1 character or more and do not require any special characters. Also we no longer ask for the answer to a user provided question to confirm identity. Finally, passwords are stored in our system "in the clear" so they can be easily retrieved (they
were formerly "hashed" and unreadable so new, very complex, ones had to be generated each time the old ones were forgotten). Unfortunately, these changes make it impossible to send "old" passwords. If you get an error message upon password request, call Jeff,
Matt, or Eric at (800)348-2769. They will be able to give you a new password so
you can access all of your data.
